We are currently in the process of moving servers, due to this some of RockstarWatch may not appear as it should. We have managed to place a partly working version of the website on the new server, that is what you are currently viewing. Before the server move we were working on a huge overhaul and update to the website, for the time being this has been placed on hiatus until we complete our server move and configuration. However, rest assured the new and highly improved version of RockstarWatch is just around the corner!
Kind regards,
Jared & Aj

Rockstar has sent word that the next trailer for Grand Theft Auto: The Episodes from Liberty City will be releasing next week. No specific date was mentioned.
Rockstar has released a "triple" meet video for the upcoming release of Grand Theft Auto: The Episodes from Liberty City. This video features Armando Torres and Henrique Bardas of The Ballad of Gay Tony; and Brian Jeremy of The Lost and Damned.
Possibly one of the most recognizable voices in the Grand Theft Auto series is the famous Lazlow, the radio DJ who is always trying to hit superstardom, although has convinced himself he is already there. Rockstar decided to tease those of us who are waiting to get our hands on The Ballad of Gay Tony today, by releasing an exclusive snippet of Lazlow's new show from the DLC. The snippet is merely 0:42 seconds long, but manages to capture everything that is we love about Lazlow so well, check it out below:
Lazlow's also made an appearance on BBC UK's Radio 1xtra Rampage yesterday where he discussed the Episodes From Liberty City. If you want to see what he had to say, you can listen to a stream online - he appears around an hour into the show.
We'd like to send our thanks to Rockstar for reinstating the fact that we MUST own this DLC!
The official website for The Ballad of Gay Tony has just been launched, it hosts a magnitude of features including a complete Weapons list and a few new screenshots for the upcoming DLC. The Weapons list includes:
- Pistol .44
- Explosive Shotgun
- Assault SMG
- Gold SMG
- Advanced Sniper
- Sticky Bombs
- Parachute
Be sure to check out the official website and have a snoop around.
As announced yesterday, Rockstar has released the Meet: Yusuf Amir trailer for Grand Theft Auto IV: The Ballad of Gay Tony
Remember the guy who somehow lost his pants after things went a bit crazy? Well Rockstar has just posted that you'll be meeting him, Yusuf Amir, tomorrow at 1PM EST.
Back in late July we reported that the Episodes from Liberty City pack, which includes both The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC's, would be release on October 29, 2009. At the time it was suspected that this was a global release date, however today I found this to not be the case.
In the latest catalogue for popular Australian Electronics Store, Dick Smith, the package is listed as being available from October 24th. This means both the package and The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC will be available in Australian 5 days prior to the US. I've included a scanned copy of the page from the catalogue below:
It's rare for Australia to receive anything earlier than the US or UK, so at the moment it is possible that this is simply a mistake on Dick Smith's part. There is however another possibility, perhaps the official release date has been changed? Unlikely, yes, but lets not rule that out just yet. But, if the catalogue is in fact correct, and The Ballad of Gay Tony DLC and Episodes pack are to be released earlier in Australia compared to the US, than it's definitely something Aussie gamers will be happy about.
We'll keep you posted of any changes in relation to this, check back soon!
EDIT: Rockstar has confirmed that the date printed is a mistake. The Episodes fom Liberty City pack will not be coming before October 29th.
