To celebrate the launch of Midnight Club Los Angeles: South Central downloadable dontent, Rockstar Games and Xbox are giving you the chance to play Midnight Club: Los Angeles against an all-star line-up of West Coast hip-hop legends and up-and-coming artists, as they play live from the kickoff of the 2009
DUB Show Tour in Los Angeles this Sunday, March 22nd. The DUB Show Tour, proudly sponsored in part by Rockstar Games, is a premier nationwide car show and concert tour spanning 12 US cities.
The line-up of West Coast hip-hop all-stars playing Midnight Club: Los Angeles on Xbox LIVE at the event is headlined by Cali's most influential DJ, DJ FELLI FEL - known for his long-running primetime radio show on Los Angeles' Power 106 as well as for his own self-produced smash hits like 2008's "Get Buck in Here" featuring Akon, Ludacris, Lil Jon and Diddy (as heard in the
Midnight Club Los Angeles soundtrack ).
Also slated to play:
DJ POOH - A true pioneer of West Coast hip-hop, DJ Pooh got his start deejaying and producing for the legendary King Tee and went on to become one of the most prolific producers in the game, responsible for producing the rap classic "It Was a Good Day" by Ice Cube and other revered material by LL Cool J, Yo-Yo, 2Pac and many more. Pooh is also an accomplished filmmaker and writer, having written and starred in the classic 1995 West Coast comedy "Friday" and co-written Rockstar's own
Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas in 2004.
GLASSES MALONE - One of LA's hottest new rappers, Glasses Malone is known throughout Los Angeles as much for his vocals as for his real deal street racing credentials. The rapping embodiment of Midnight Club: Los Angeles appears on the Statik-Selektah-produced theme song for
South Central Premium Upgrade , "
Rollin' Down the Freeway ", along with Kali&Termanology - where he offers a glimpse of what the true life LA street racing scene is all about. Glasses' debut album, featuring Lil' Wayne and many others, is coming this year via a joint-label deal with Baby's Birdman Records and Mack 10's Hoo Bangin' Records.
BISHOP LAMONT - Dr. Dre's protégé and Aftermath/Interscope label signee, Bishop Lamont, is one of the most anticipated new rappers in hip-hop. The Los Angeles' native's debut album, The Reformation, is coming this year with production from Dre, The RZA, DJ Premier and others. His hard-hitting track "City Lights", produced by DJ Khalil, appears on the

YOUNG MAYLAY - A protégé of DJ Pooh and WC, Young Maylay burst into notoriety in 2004 with his star-making turn voicing the lead character of Carl "CJ" Johnson in

Since then, Maylay has been making a name for himself in the West Coast rap scene with acclaimed underground hip-hop releases including 2008's stellar independent album, The Real Coast Guard, produced by Crazy Toones.
