        <title> Team Bondi struggling with Xbox 360 version of L.A. Noire?</title>
        <description> This interesting news item slipped by us earlier this week, so we apologize for being a tad late on the news post.
GoFanboy stated earlier this week that there are apparent issues with the Xbox 360 version of L.A. Noire. The issues relate particularly to the DVD format and space available on the disk. Team Bondi has apparently become very frustrated with the format, and Take-Two has stationed Jeronimo Barrera at Team Bondi's offices to help clam the situation and provide additional support on the size limitations problem.
Those who have been following the news surrounding L.A. Noire from the beginning - and lets face it, there hasn't been much in the way of factual news - will remember that the game was originally a PlayStation 3 exclusive. The trip from PS3-only to multi-platform has been a long one though. It all started around the beginning of 2008 when an advertisement for a Lead Animator to manage the Animation/motion capture for the game appeared on GameSutra which requested both PS3 and 360 experience, at the time we speculated as to the possibility of the game becoming multi-platform.
Furthermore, in March of '08 it was rumored that Sony had dropped all funding towards the game due to some bad vibes between Former SCE Worldwide Studios President, Phil Harrison, and Team Bondi Head, Brendan McNamara. Then in September of 2008, Tom Crago, the President of the Game Developers' Association of Australia, stated that the game was coming to PS3 and 360 - however being that Mr. Crago was in no way connected to Team Bondi, this statement was merely rumor. In January of 2009, a year after our first speculation of the game becoming multi-platform, the advertisement for a Lead Animator re-appeared on GameSutra. Then finally, prior to March 2010's edition GameInformer, it is announced by a GI staff member that the game will be available for both the PS3 and 360.
While GoFanboy notes that the major concern is the possibility of the game returning to a PS3-exclusive, we're a little more worried about any release delay ramifications caused by the size limitations of the 360, seeing as how long the game has been floating along for now we would hate to see the game halted any longer.
This news isn't official, and it probably won't become official anytime soon, so as always we remind you to take it as mere rumor and hope for the best. At the end of the day, Rockstar are well known for performing the unimaginable when it comes to overcoming pitfalls - after all, nobody ever expected full-fledged Grand Theft Auto games on the PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS or iPhone. Plus, if Jeronimo Barrera is in fact stationed at Team Bondi currently, we have faith in everything working out.

        <title> Red Dead Redemption delayed</title>
        <description> Take-Two released their first quarter 2010 results today. Buried in the press release they put out today is the fact that Red Dead Redemption has been pushed back again. Initially due for release fall of last year, then April 27 of this year, Redemption is now due for release on May 18 in the US and May 21 internationally.

Red Dead Redemption from Rockstar Games is now planned for release on May 18, 2010 in North America and May 21, 2010 internationally.

In Take-Two's guidance for the rest of the year, they mention that they have accounted for a potential delay of another title. Whether that is just them being careful or they really believe that they will have to delay another title remains to be seen.

        <title> 10 things about L.A. Noire</title>
        <description> Gamesradar.com has posted an article with a list of 10 things you didn't know about L.A. Noire.
Out of the lot, I think this is the most fascinating.

2) LA is rockstar's biggest environment yet
The city has been rendered almost 100% accurately to its 1940s layout. Using hand-drawn maps from the time and early aerial photography, Team Bondi has recreated the city right down to 3D shop fronts, but simultaneously making this a bigger environment than anything yet seen. And in this pre-freeway era, you'll even drive down streets that don't exist any more, which sounds kinda spooky to us.

        <title> Chinatown Wars v1.0.1 released in iTunes App Store</title>
        <description>
It hasn't taken Rockstar long to fix some of those bugs in the iPhone and iPod touch versions of Chinatown Wars. Today they released version 1.0.1 which fixes numourous post-release bugs and also changes Independence FM to read songs from your playlist randomly, rather then by their position in the list as it was with the previous version. The following is a excerpt from the iTunes App Store page:

What's New in Version 1.0.1
Thank you for your support! In an effort to enhance this product, we are constantly reading your comments. Independence FM (Custom Playlist) now plays selections from your playlist randomly. This patch also features a selection of bug fixes we have discovered post release.

There have been a lot of comments on the bugs in the original version, and many people found the way Independence FM played songs by position to be rather annoying, so it's good to see Rockstar responding to these comments and making the necessary changes. Check for your update when you have the next chance, or if you don't already have the game be sure to purchase it by following the below links.

        <title> L.A. Noire revealed in March issue of GI; no longer PS3 exclusive</title>
        <description>
GameInformer has just posted the cover of their March issue which features L.A. Noire. While the cover doesn't give much of any information, a GameInformer staff member in the comments revealed this bit of information.

Just to reiterate, it's NOT a Ps3 exclusive anymore. It's multiplatform.

So there you have it folks, L.A. Noire is no longer exclusive to the PlayStation 3 and is most definitely coming to the Xbox 360. But what about PC people? I've dug up a old post by Superannuation which has a excerpt from the Linked.in profile of a lighting artist at TeamBondi. The excerpt contains the platforms of L.A. Noire and among the listed is PC. So could we be seeing L.A. Noire on the PC as well? Hopefully we'll get an answer soon.
