Watch the Video Editor Tutorial
Exclusive to this PC release of Grand Theft Auto IV is the special Video Editor feature. At any time during gameplay, just hit F2 on your keyboard and the last 30-45 seconds (duration will vary based on your user settings and PC specifications) will be captured on your hard drive as raw footage. Then, load up the Video Editor (easily accessible through your in-game mobile phone) to edit away - with a suite of tools that can change the camera angle, audio, and speed - plus special effects to tweak colors, add filters, and more.
Your chance to become the Cecil B. DeMille of Liberty City. Harm all the extras you want.
